Q. If a  payment is late are there any late fees?

A. There are no late fees. Accounts are closed after 30days of being delinquent .If payments are late use the customer concerns application to have your billing statements changed before it's due.

Q. Do you have a walk-in store?

A. No. We are mail order only. 

Q.Can I use my ChooseNCharge Jewelry Account for other jewelry or clothing items.?

A. No.

A. Yes, after six months credit history.

Q. Do you have a charge account for clothing?

A. Yes.this account is open for all ChooseNChargeAccount &Installment/Layaway account holders with six months excellent payment history. 

Q. How do you ship orders?

A. Free US Ground

Q.Do you refund or exchange items?

A. No. After an order ships it will not be exchanged or refunded.However,if the order has not shipped or if it's a layaway order in which payments are made refunds are given less non-refundable $10.00 Fee. For installments: once an order is shipped there are no returns or refunds.Please select merchandise carefully.

Q.I applied for a plan but the credit limit was decreased.  Why?

A. Some information provided could not be verified or income did not meet the criteria.Credit may decrease or increase within six months depending on payment history. 

Q. How can I increase my credit limit?

A. By making payments on time the credit limit will increase within six months.

Q.Why has my order not shipped?

A. There are several reasons an order may be held. Over the credit limit,backordered,non-payment,out-of-stock. You will receive a status notification when this occurs.  

Q. How  do I cancel an order?

A. By using the customer concerns application.

Q.How long does it take to receive an order?

A. Usually 7-10 business days or less depending on how orders are placed.

Q.What payment method is accepted for installments & 90-layaway?

A. US Money Orders (only)

Q .How many layaways can I have  on my account?

A. Two . As long as payments are up-to date.
